THE PRODUCTION PROCESS

A few Questions you might be asking at this point are:

How long will my company’s video be?

A completed video may run anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 minutes. The actual video length will vary, and will be determined by the depth of the company’s message and its offerings.

What are the phases of the production process?

Familiarization Phase
In this phase, we learn about you and your business. During this time we familiarize ourselves with your product, service, and what you’d like to convey through your video.

Some questions we’ll ask you are: What is your subject matter? What materials do you have to support your story? What is the bottom-line message you want to deliver?

Creation Phase
In this phase, we create the vision. We will brainstorm images and a story that will best represent your message. Once a concept is approved we’ll help you script a message that will reach your company’s audience.

Some questions we’ll ask you are: What do you want to say about your business? What are the highlights of your business? What do you most want people to know about you?

During this phase, we’ll arrive at the agreed location and spend two hours taping interviews and capturing your business in action. We’ll also shoot any archival materials that lend itself to your story.

Post-production Phase
During this phase, we edit the fragments of your business message and story together into one seamless narrative. We will also add titles, graphics, narration, and customized music to the first cut version of the video.

Once you’ve seen the first cut of your video and we've made any necessary changes, we’ll require your final approval. After which, we’ll publish your video online and produce an archival CD for your records.

Deliverable Phase
This is the final phase where we create the customized web page to host your video, convert it into a Quicktime video file, and create a CD for your records. Our additional services including advertising, monetizing, and adding search engine optimization are completed at this time.
